Chevron to offload gulf pipeline investment Chevron, the San Ramon oil giant, wants to sell its stake in a pipeline company that links U.S. Gulf Coast refiners with East Coast markets. The company says it has received "significant" interest in its 23 percent share of Colonial Pipeline Co., which operates the largest pipeline linking the two regions.
